Personal coaching focuses solely on self-development and personal growth and it aims to help bridge the gap between where you currently are and where you would like to be. In order for coaching to work effectively, there has to be a commitment to change.
Whether it’s a specific area you would like to address, several areas or you just feel stuck, coaching can help by working with you to devise your own personal development plan.
The sessions are completely client led which means we work at your pace and meet your needs in a non-judgmental and relaxed way. We will not tell you what to do. At times, we may need to challenge your thought processes but in a non-intrusive way that guides and supports and brings certain behaviours to your attention.
The coaching relationship is built on absolute trust, rapport and confidence. That’s why we feel it is important to have the first session free of charge. If after the first session, you decide you’d like to progress and we feel we can help, we work together to create a plan.
We usually recommend around six sessions but this depends on your needs. Some prefer more, others less. The aim of coaching is to provide you with the tools to help you move forward on your own.
