Hiring a business coach can help to develop skills and get you to where you want to be, improving your chance of success, whatever that success means to you. You could be a senior executive, manager, employee or a business owner. Because coaching does not require specific knowledge of your industry, all levels and any discipline can benefit from coaching.
The process involves working with you to assess your strengths, work on weaknesses and practice tools and techniques allowing you to reach specific and agreed goals within a realistic framework and pace.
The coaching relationship is built on absolute trust, rapport and confidence. That’s why we feel it is important to have the first session free of charge. If after the first session, you decide you’d like to progress and we feel we can help, we work together to create a plan. We usually recommend around six sessions but this depends on your needs. Some prefer more, others less. The aim of coaching is to provide you with the tools to help you move forward on your own.
Areas of business coaching include:
- Confidence in the work place
- Communication skills
- Public Speaking / Presentation skills
